This is a four bedroom, four bathroom, three story home on the River Club Golf Course! It has an AMAZING view of the 7th hole from our second story screened in porch! Our first floor is our laundry room, three car garage, bedroom, full bath, and workout area. Our second floor is two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one is in the bedroom, the other is in the hall right beside one bedroom) our living room, dining room, kitchen, office, and screened in porch. Our top floor is our master bedroom, master bathroom, sitting are, and balcony off of it with a gorgeous view of the golf course. We have an electric gate, and golf cart! A very cozy, country type of living! Our kitchen has a bar with two bar stools- our kitchen table that seats 5 is out on our screened in porch right off of the living room because that is where we eat at most of the time! The dining area seats six.
